1. Service

These Terms of Service govern use of andrikmetal.com, the ANDRIK music website, community features and the owner-facing ANDRIK Control analytics tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Music and site content

Unless otherwise stated, the ANDRIK name, site design, original music, artwork, text and other project materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party marks and platform names belong to their respective owners.

3. Social-platform connections

Some ANDRIK Control features can connect to third-party services such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook using their official authorization and API systems. A connection is optional and requires the account holder's authorization. You must only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, limits and availability. ANDRIK is not TikTok, Meta, Google or another social platform and does not control their services.

4. Analytics

Analytics values may be delayed, rounded, revised or unavailable because they depend on third-party APIs, reporting windows and platform definitions. The dashboard is provided as an informational tool and should not be treated as an audited financial, advertising or legal record.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, misuse platform credentials or tokens, scrape protected areas, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or use connected APIs in violation of the relevant platform rules.

6. Community content

If you submit a public comment, you remain responsible for what you post. ANDRIK may moderate or remove spam, unlawful content, abuse, impersonation or material that interferes with the community or service.

7. Availability and changes

The website and integrations may be changed, suspended or discontinued when required for maintenance, security, platform changes or other operational reasons. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANDRIK is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, inaccurate third-party statistics or unauthorized use of a user's own credentials.
