1. Who we are

2. Information we may process

• Website and technical data: basic request, security, device/browser and performance information needed to deliver and protect the site.
• Audience analytics: aggregated website statistics and traffic information used to understand how the site is used.
• Community content: a display name, selected song/section and message when a visitor voluntarily posts a comment on the site.
• Push notifications: a technical push-subscription identifier when a visitor explicitly enables notifications.
• Connected social accounts: only after an account holder explicitly authorizes a supported platform connection.

3. TikTok data

If TikTok integration is enabled and a TikTok user chooses to authorize ANDRIK Control, the service may request only the approved TikTok scopes needed for the analytics feature. Depending on the scopes granted by TikTok and the user, this can include basic profile information, account statistics, a list of the user's public videos and read-only engagement counters such as views, likes, comments and shares.

ANDRIK does not ask for a TikTok password. Authorization is performed by TikTok using OAuth. Access and refresh tokens are intended to be handled server-side and are not displayed publicly.

4. Why we use information

• to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
• to show the account owner a unified analytics dashboard;
• to calculate changes over time from authorized social statistics;
• to display and moderate community comments;
• to deliver notifications requested by the user;
• to comply with applicable legal, security and platform requirements.

5. Third-party services

The site may rely on service providers and platform APIs needed for hosting, security, analytics, authentication or notifications, including Cloudflare, Google services, OneSignal, TikTok and Meta products when those integrations are enabled. Each third party processes information under its own terms and privacy rules.

6. Sharing and sale of data

ANDRIK does not sell personal information or TikTok user data. Authorized social-account data is used for the requested ANDRIK analytics functionality and is not provided to advertisers for their independent marketing purposes.

7. Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the feature, security, troubleshooting, analytics history or legal obligations. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect account credentials and tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can decline a social authorization request, revoke a previously granted platform authorization using the relevant platform settings, disable browser notifications, or request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. Where applicable, requests are handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

9. Children

The ANDRIK service is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children below the age required to consent to the relevant online service in their jurisdiction.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, connected platforms or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
